It is an honor for me to continue in the role of Principal at Burnt Elm Public School.
My friend and colleague, Neil Garraway and I share
a common vision of student success. It is all about students, parents and
staff working together so that students will be challenged to succeed in
a positive and safe learning environment.
I would like to personally thank all of
you who have had patience during this time of snow mountains and bad weather
this winter. Staff at Burnt Elm have been pitching
in above and beyond to provide extra support and ensure the safety of all the
children. I appreciate the support the community has given us during this
time. Kindness and courtesy go a long way in helping make a difficult
situation more tolerable. Thank you for your smiles and waves of
encouragement each day, they mean a lot.
As you can see our construction is
underway and we feel that it will continue to go smoothly. We are looking
forward to September and the addition on our new classrooms and gym.
I look forward to meeting and working
with you during the third term. Please do not hesitate to say hello.
Thanks again for your continued support
and encouragement.
Sincerely
Denise Ingoldsby
